I have a backbone, though. It's kind of a problem.
Also, I'm a lot less bendy than I used to be. After the great kidney infection of '05, I lost a lot of my stretching ability. It's weird, I know, but I was *so* stiff for *so* long that it just...went away. I'm working on it, though. I stretch [almost] every day. I'm getting closer, but I'm still not where I used to be. :(
Or maybe I'm just geriatric. That's also a sad, sad possibility.
The 17 Bottles Of project began with Urs and Sig and a bunch of other people in 1999. Unfortunately, the original, in a blue spiral notebook, has vanished. It was a fun project, though, so we're starting over. Hopefully this one will be a bit harder to misplace.
2011 UPDATE: Word on the streets is that the J.Mo. has located the notebook and has it in her possession. We'd love to see it some day...

There are genetic mutations some people have that makes their ligaments, tendons, and muscles more elastic.
I think I have a genetic mutation that makes my ligaments, tendons, and muscles the least elastic EVER.
Theres probably also a lot to be said for training from an early age.
It's super neat. But I have the Rakhi mutation as well.
Ditto Jamie & Rakhi.
Sig, you used to be pretty flexible, didn't you? Okay, not ass-on-head flexible, but with massive training, just think of the possibilities...
